WAS YEMDET OF SUMERIANS ….YAMADOOT OF HINDUS ?

[HINDU TEXTS SUPPORT THE THEORY ]

As per Mespotamian cuneiform texts excavated in 1929 by Stephen Langdon; Yemdet Nasr was a builder of cities in the archaic period of Bronze Age in the archaeological periods of History of Mesopotamia, included between 3200 BCE.

Period of Uruk is a period of transition between – defined by the diffusion of a common culture by all the next east and Archaic Dynastic Period marked by the regional differences. In the Yemdet Nasr the disappearance of the ceramic characteristics Uruk in the objects of the mesopotámica periphery is observed: Anatolia, Syria and Iran. In center of the river basin of both rivers the spacing between the North and South regions took place; this one last one, more colonized, saw the blossoming of new cities that previously moved hegemonic Uruk. Since then, the assemblage characteristic for the Jemdet Nasr period has been attested at other sites in south–central Iraq, including Abu Salabikh, Fara, Nippur and Ur.

Doot – Messenger

<

So Meaning of Yamdoot = Messenger of Death.

The PROTO CUNIEFORM TABLETS describes YEMDET with a buffalo horn rising above than the commoners plundering, killing and destroying everything to achieve his goals of building new cities.

The time coincides with the beginning of the Indus Saraswati civilization and pre – vedic culture within India, where Tantric cult was predominant. Yam was FEARED and worshipped all throughout.

The legacy of Yemdet can be traced back as late as 2800 BCE (400 years) by his lineage and followers.

Was Yemdet the founder of the Demons cult? The Asur as we know from our texts?
