Nehru, the most Notorious Villain of Independent India !!!!

Congress Party ensured that Sardar Patel’s name did not appear in the Indian History for all the great contribution made by the ‘Iron Man of India’. Is this the Tolerance of Congress Party??/
The first Bharat Ratna Award was recommended by Jawahar Lal Nehru “I Jawahar Lal Nehru hereby award Bharat Ratna to Jawahar Lal Nehru” signed by Jawahar Lal Nehru.

Maharaja Hari Singh (Sept 1895 – 26 April 1961), the last ruling Maharaja of the princely state of Jammu and Kashmir had annexed the Princely State of J & K into India, but, Nehru begged to Sardar Patel that Article 370 be accorded as Temporary Provision.

It is written in the Constitution Of India that the Article 370 is only a Temporary Provision, the abrogation of which does NOT require vote in Parliament, but, only a proclamation by the President of India for the immediate withdrawal of 370. It does NOT require 2/3rd Majority, just a recommendation of the Cabinet Meeting requiring the acceptance by the President of India which will end the provision of article 370. It’s only a matter of time after which 370 will be abrogated permanently.
